West Albany Memorial Park is located at Braintree Street, Albany, NY 12205 in Albany County. From West Albany memorial Park: "It's the largest of the pocket parks. The facility was built in 1977 and is located off Fairfield Avenue in the southeastern section of the Town. In 1990, eight baseball/softball fields were added. This park is home to West Albany Athletic Association - Baseball and Softball teams which includes South Colonie Youth Baseball, South Colonie Pop Warner and Colonie Jr. Raiders."
