Normans Kill Preserve, 46-acres in size, is located at Normans Kill Preserve East, 261-403 Delaware Ave., Delmar, NY 12054 in Albany County.

From Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy: "The Normans Kill Preserves consist of three parcels that were obtained from Albany County in 2005 because of non-payment of taxes. The three parcels total 46 acres. They are on both sides of the year-2000 Delaware Avenue landslide; and include over a half-mile of the frontage on the Normans Kill in an area directly across from the City of Albany’s Stevens Farm."

"Trails have been developed on the east and west parcels, which combined are about 42 acres in size. The eastern parcel is wooded. Part of the trail runs along the top of the river bank offering views of the Normans Kill and the Steven’s farm on the other side. The western parcel is mostly wooded with open fields along the creek. The trail includes a bridge near the creek with benches for viewing, and a loop trail through the property."
