Central Park, known as "Schenectady's Crown Jewel" is a beautiful city park offering a Rose Garden, Tennis Complex, basketball courts, picnic area, nature walks and more; including Iroquois Lake featuring swimming, ice skating, and pedal boats is located at 500 Iroquois Way, Schenectady, NY 12309 in the Capital District.
From Central Park: "Schenectady's Central Park is famous for the Rose Garden as well as the CDPHP Tennis Complex that seats 2,400. The park also has 16 other tennis courts, numerous basketball courts, picnic areas and a performance stage. Central Park also has a seasonal swimming pool open seven days a week and swimming lessons are available Monday through Friday. Central Park re-established the Pedal Boats on Iroquois Lake and the USTA continues to host numerous tennis tournaments here."
