The Town of Ulster Community Center is located at 52 Clearwater Road, New Paltz, NY 12561 in Ulster County. The Sports & Recreation Park is located on Libertyville Road across from the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz. From Ulster Community Center: "Sports and Recreation Park Winter Activities: Ice Skating on the park pond is ongoing during the winter season, conditions permitting. . . Sledding in and around the pond area is also available as well as cross country skiing, there are no groomed trails but the public is welcome to ski in park areas off of the access road and parking lots. The Dog Park will remain open during the Winter."
