Sidney E. Frank Skate Park, a state-of-the-art facility that is open, weather permitting, April 6th through November, is located at 436 Fifth Ave. and Potter Ave., New Rochelle, NY 10801 in Westchester County.

The Sidney E. Frank Skate Park is a state-of-the-art facility (Fosina Stadium natural turf field and the artificial turf Skidelsky Field Complex) requiring helmets; and your own skateboard.

Regulations and Fees Apply
Each person wishing to skate must complete a 1-time registration form and bring it with them to the skate park.

    - One form is required for each participant.
    - Helmets must be worn
    - Must bring your own skateboard.
    - Additional safety gear is recommended.
