The Mohawk Riverside Landing Park, 12.3-acres in size, is located at 4071 River Road, Latham, NY 12110 in Albany County. From Mohawk Riverside Park: "Colonie's newest park, Mohawk Riverside Landing Park, is located on River Road in Latham near the Niskayuna border. Constructed in 2013, this peaceful, 12.3-acre passive park connects to the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Path and features scenic views, picnic tables, and restrooms. The park was built by the Town at the site of the former Latham Water Treatment Plant, which had been vacant for decades. Following demolition of the plant, the Town repurposed the site as a park, with new landscaping, plantings, trees, and parking."
